There is so much to see and experience in Quebec City, Montreal, and Ottawa. Back in the summer of 2000 I ran the 3rd Quebec City marathon and passed through Ottawa and Montreal on the way. I can honestly say that I love all three cities in different ways. When I get myself back into marathon shape I'm going to hustle back to Quebec City for the next marathon!
